Privacy in plain words
I am Danny James. This blog covers Destiny 2 raid news and WoW Forever journals, and I keep data collection small on purpose. Everything I hold sits listed below.
What reaches me
- Your name, email address, and message when you write through the contact form.
- Your IP address, browser type, opened pages, and visit time, stored automatically in standard server logs and cookies.
Why I keep it
- Answering your messages.
- Running and securing the site.
- Seeing which journals get read so I plan coverage better.
No sales and no newsletters. If that ever changes, I ask first and date the change on this page.
Other eyes on it
My hosting provider keeps server logs because that is how hosting works. Apart from that I hand over data only when the law demands it or to stop abuse of the site.
How safe is it
I protect your information with reasonable steps, but no website can promise perfect safety.
Your call
Ask me to show, fix, or erase what I hold about you at info@tedxstanleypark.com. I handle each request personally within a few days.
Kids
Kids under 13 are not my readers, and I do not knowingly store their data. Tell me if I hold any by mistake and I will erase it.
Updates
Checked on: 16 September 2026. New practices appear here with a fresh date.
Cookies here
A few cookies keep basic settings and count visits so I see which journals land. Block them if you like; the pages still read fine.
Message lifespan
I keep mail threads until they close, then erase them within a year. Host logs follow the provider timetable, out of my hands.
